For our final SMBabe of the year, we’re celebrating cosplayer, gamer, and all-around lovely performer, Ivy Augustine. Ivy is a creative cosplay force and really easy to chat with. There are people who simply feel real. Who don’t try to fit in, but to be. Who dare to show themselves as they are —with laughter, dreams, good days, and harder ones too. Alice Harriss is one of those people. A webcam model who has turned her authenticity into her greatest strength and found, through her work, a space for personal and emotional growth.
Alice entered the webcam modeling world more than two and a half years ago. It’s a job like any other, one I give my time, my energy, and my heart to.”
For many, webcam modeling means creating a character. In Alice’s case, that character isn’t a mask —it’s an extension of who she truly is. “Alice is a character, yes, but she’s also me. We’re the same person at our core.”

One of the most important parts of Alice’s life has been her commitment to her mental health. She’s been in therapy for over ten years, and she considers that one of the best decisions she’s ever made.
“Therapy has given me tools to handle my emotions. It taught me that it’s okay to stop, to listen to your mind and body, and to come back when you’re ready.”
That emotional maturity shows in the way she lives. She knows not every day is easy —some days it’s hard to get up or keep the motivation—but she’s learned to recognize her limits and give herself the space she needs to breathe.
Behind the model is a woman full of interests and passions. She loves photography, enjoys psychological horror films —her favorites are Pearl and Look— and dreams of one day working in aviation, a field that has always fascinated her.
Through her journey, she’s discovered that webcam modeling is not only a job, but also a path to self-understanding. It has helped her figure out who she is, what she wants, and where her limits and strengths lie.
“This job gave me a new perspective on myself —on what I’m worth, what I like, and what I don’t. I’ve learned to love myself more.”

Now, she shows herself without fear, without forced perfection, and with the understanding that self-love is built little by little —by accepting every part of who you are. “Beauty, for me, is feeling comfortable with who you are. It’s looking at yourself with kindness, even on the days when nothing seems to shine.” In a world that often demands appearances, Alice chose authenticity.
