How to Purchase Videos

Quite a few models will have prerecorded videos that are available for purchase on their Streamate pages. When you go to a model profile page and scroll below their main cam stream you will see a MY VIDEOS tab.

 

Click on the MY VIDEOS tab and it will expand to show that the model has videos for purchase.

 

 

Click on the BROWSE MY VIDEO GALLERY link and it will take you to a page with all available clips for purchase from that model. Check the box of the video you want to buy and press PURCHASE.

 

This will take you to a confirmation page where you’ll confirm your PURCHASE one finaltime. After this, you’ll find the video you bought in your MY VIDEOS tab (click on the CAMERA icon on the Dashboard). The purchased video will remain in your MY VIDEOS page and does not expire no matter how many times you view it.  The video is yours to keep!

 

Whether you get one or one hundred videos, this is a great way to enjoy your favorite models on Streamate, even when they’re offline!

Using the Categories Feature

At any given moment, you can come upon thousands of models when you’re on Streamate. This can be a LITTLE overwhelming, but worry not, because we’ve made exploring the site easy for you!

On the left side of the Streamate site, you’ll see the categories section, which has subcategories broken down. The number next to each category shows you how many active models for that genre are currently online. 

Here you can see the different cam models that we have across the site.

 

If you’ve seen someone, but forgot hit favorite, we also have the “Recent” tab, which shows you the last few models you’ve interacted with. 

Whether you want to stick to your type, or try someone new, the categories section on Streamate makes your camming experience loads easier.

Using My Favorites

At times, looking at Streamate and our bevy of beautiful models can be a little daunting. There are so many names and babes to remember! Instead of trying to write them down on a notepad like it’s 1987, use our MY FAVORITES feature.

 

When you see a model that you like, click on the heart icon on the screen.

 

 

All of your selections will be saved and you can find them under the MY FAVORITES tab in your dashboard.

 

 

You can even add favorites if they’re offline.

 

This is a good way to organize the models you want to keep your eyes on!

How Does Daily Spending Limit Work?

When you join Streamate, you’ll notice that you have a spending limit. You can find out what your limit is by going to the DAILY SPENDING LIMIT tab on the menu under MY ACCOUNT.

 

 

Streamate assigns your daily spending limit for the first 45 days, after which, you can change yourself.

You can change your spending limit by going to the DAILY SPENDING LIMIT tab and manually selecting your preferred amount in $25 increments, if eligible.

 

If you want to increase your spending limit before your initial 45 days, please contact support. Increases prior to the 45 day minimum are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Streamate Member Rewards

Whether you’re a new member or a seasoned Streamate customer, we’re looking for ways to make sure you get the most of the site, one of which includes rewards for your loyalty.

The Streamate rewards program is for members of the site who continue to come back and, in doing so, earn a percentage of what they spend back into their account for site credit or additional purchases.

You can find the Rewards tab under MY ACCOUNT.

Each level is equal to one percent of what you will receive back in site credit, and is based on how much you return and engage in paid chats with our performers.

You can use your rewards things like videos, block sessions, exclusive chats, GOLD and/or GOLD shows. Rewards site credit is automatically put towards future purchases and makes the transaction process easier. In order to see how much total site credit you have garnered from your rewards, contact the customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.

All reward notifications will go out on Tuesdays so you will be able to see when you have reached a new level right away.

We feel that our customers deserve the best for being the best and these rewards are just one of the steps to show our appreciation for you.

How to Use the Phone Option to Call a Model

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Did you know that on top on enjoying HD video stream, you can actually talk to a model on your phone? Yes, you can really call a model on her phone and hear her voice. How cool is that;)

If you didn’t know that, I’m glad I introduced you to a nice feature. So now how does it work?

It’s actually pretty easy. If you didn’t a;ready set up your phone number on your account profile, no worries, you’ll have an easy way to add/change a phone number when you are in private.

So how to know that a girl offers you a way to call her? Just click on the “FEATURES” drop down and select “Phone”. You will filter the results with all the models that have their phone option turned on and willing to receive YOUR call.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3656″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

How does it work?

It’s easy! When you are in a room with a model, first you can just ask if you can call her. Some models might offer that option in exclusive only, which makes sense. You don’t really want everybody to hear your conversation. Streamate on a budget

Soooo, you are broke? Having problems to make ends meet? BUT you are really horny, you are alone and wants to share some sexy time with a gorgeous lady. The only problem is you are on a budget. No worries, everything is possible on Streamate! So what are your options?

The Goldshow option

Go ahead and click on the FEATURES dropdown and select Gold Show. From there you can start browsing. A lot of top models are doing cheap Goldshows for $2, $3 or even $1 for at least 5 minutes and sometimes even more. That’s a good deal and if you chose 5 stars models with good reviews you know you will get the best bang for your buck:)

The cheap models option

If you are browsing the first page of the site, you’ll probably notice that besides the Goldshows, models can be pretty expensive. Of course you can imagine that if they are on the front page, there’s got to be a reason;) But before that happens they might be on page 2, 3, 4 even 5. And that’s where you’ll start your search. You can imagine that finding a cheap model that will rock your socks off might be challenging, but if you are on a budget, you are on a budget so let’s not complaint and find that girl;)

Be very careful when you enter a room. Look if the model has tags, read her comments if any, look at her rating! Look at what’s going on too. If the model greats you when you come in, that might be a good sign, she’s attentive and just waiting to prove herself….to YOU! If you are into shup up and be pretty, some models that don’t speak your language might be a good option. They might not speak your language but they might do everything you want:)

The best option?

It’s really up to you, what is your mood, what you are expecting, what you are into….etc. I would go with a cheap model option as there might be some gems out there waiting to be discovered. It might take longer to find it, but the challenge is fun too. With a top model, it might be just a show and less of an interaction but again it’s all up to you.
