Whether you’re a new member or a seasoned Streamate customer, we’re looking for ways to make sure you get the most of the site, one of which includes rewards for your loyalty.
The Streamate rewards program is for members of the site who continue to come back and, in doing so, earn a percentage of what they spend back into their account for site credit or additional purchases.
You can find the Rewards tab under MY ACCOUNT.
Each level is equal to one percent of what you will receive back in site credit, and is based on how much you return and engage in paid chats with our performers.
You can use your rewards things like videos, block sessions, exclusive chats, GOLD and/or GOLD shows. Rewards site credit is automatically put towards future purchases and makes the transaction process easier. In order to see how much total site credit you have garnered from your rewards, contact the customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.
All reward notifications will go out on Tuesdays so you will be able to see when you have reached a new level right away.
