Using the Categories Feature

At any given moment, you can come upon thousands of models when you’re on Streamate. This can be a LITTLE overwhelming, but worry not, because we’ve made exploring the site easy for you!

On the left side of the Streamate site, you’ll see the categories section, which has subcategories broken down. The number next to each category shows you how many active models for that genre are currently online.

Here you can see the different cam models that we have across the site.

If you’ve seen someone, but forgot hit favorite, we also have the “Recent” tab, which shows you the last few models you’ve interacted with.

Whether you want to stick to your type, or try someone new, the categories section on Streamate makes your camming experience loads easier.

Using My Favorites

At times, looking at Streamate and our bevy of beautiful models can be a little daunting. There are so many names and babes to remember! Instead of trying to write them down on a notepad like it’s 1987, use our MY FAVORITES feature.

When you see a model that you like, click on the heart icon on the screen.

All of your selections will be saved and you can find them under the MY FAVORITES tab in your dashboard.

You can even add favorites if they’re offline.

This is a good way to organize the models you want to keep your eyes on!

How Does Daily Spending Limit Work?

When you join Streamate, you’ll notice that you have a spending limit. You can find out what your limit is by going to the DAILY SPENDING LIMIT tab on the menu under MY ACCOUNT.

Streamate assigns your daily spending limit for the first 45 days, after which, you can change yourself.

You can change your spending limit by going to the DAILY SPENDING LIMIT tab and manually selecting your preferred amount in $25 increments, if eligible.

If you want to increase your spending limit before your initial 45 days, please contact support. Increases prior to the 45 day minimum are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Streamate Member Rewards

Whether you’re a new member or a seasoned Streamate customer, we’re looking for ways to make sure you get the most of the site, one of which includes rewards for your loyalty.

The Streamate rewards program is for members of the site who continue to come back and, in doing so, earn a percentage of what they spend back into their account for site credit or additional purchases.

You can find the Rewards tab under MY ACCOUNT.

Each level is equal to one percent of what you will receive back in site credit, and is based on how much you return and engage in paid chats with our performers.

You can use your rewards things like videos, block sessions, exclusive chats, GOLD and/or GOLD shows. Rewards site credit is automatically put towards future purchases and makes the transaction process easier. In order to see how much total site credit you have garnered from your rewards, contact the customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.

All reward notifications will go out on Tuesdays so you will be able to see when you have reached a new level right away.

We feel that our customers deserve the best for being the best and these rewards are just one of the steps to show our appreciation for you.

How to Join Streamate

Signing up for Streamate is easy! How easy? As simple as filling out a form on our site! Follow these steps and you’ll be talking to any one of our thousand fabulous models in no time!

Go to https://streamate.com/join/register (Please note that Streamate will not work on Internet Explorer)Fill out the email and nickname prompts.

Click NEXT.

This will take you to a payment page. Membership is 100 percent free, but card on file is needed to activate your account. You can also use Visa or Master Card-branded gift cards.

Select either VISA/MC/DISC or PAYPAL

If CC: Fill out the CC form, Go to CREATE FREE ACCOUNT
If PayPal, It will take you to a landing page showing you what company will be billed for your Streamate-related purchases. Select PAYPAL and go to CREATE ACCOUNT. This will redirect you to PAYPAL where you will have to enter and approve the transaction. It will redirect you back to Streamate.
Please note that PAYPAL will not be available in all areas.
