What are Streamate Contests?

Have you ever looked at your dashboard and noticed the CONTEST tab? One day, it’s lit up with a blinking green dot? Go ahead, click on it! It won’t hurt! 🙂

On occasion, Streamate hosts contests for models that would help them earn more . When you click on the tab, you can see how models are ranking in the contest.

Many models during contests wish to remain anonymous — but you’ll see plenty of performers aren’t private and appear on the leaderboard. This is a good way to see if your favorite cam models are participating.

Additionally, the contest ranking is also a great way to discover new, elite models who you may have not seen before!

In any case, it’s another way that models and members can interact and come together, so to speak!

Cam Con 2016

As you may or may not know, Camcon 2016 will be held May 31st to June 3rd in Miami. Fore the occasion, we’ll be “giving away” passes, including booth. We might even throw some swags here and there, and we’ll also print your 8x10s for you while we’re at it so you can sign for your fans. So how are going to give them away? Probably a lot of randomness! For our May contest we’ll definitely gonna give some away, so stay tune because it will be randomly throughout the day. Be prepared to dress up, do crazy stuff, do random stuff, be creative…

#Streamate May Day Event

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We’re going all out with a four day long performer event, so we giving lots of notice! We’re running a special May Day celebration from Apr 29th to May 2nd (GMT). Just like last time, this will be a special two-part event and we’ll be giving out two sets of rewards!

The first part of the event will last one day. Log in on Apr 29th (GMT) for a chance to earn the $1000 grand prize!
The second part of the event will last three days! Log in from Apr 30-May 2 (GMT) for a chance to earn the $3000 grand prize!

All performers are eligible to earn rewards during both parts of the event. The first part will run from 12:01AM GMT to 11:59 GMT on Apr 29th. The second part will start immediately after and will end at 11:59PM GMT on May 2nd. Remember to check when these GMT days will begin in your timezone.

Rewards will be given based on the amount members spend on you during each part of the event (Cammodel earnings and TV/TopSpot guaranteed goal adjustments are not included). All eligible money billed on your account will be added together, and the top 200 performers will receive a prize for that part of the event! We’ll be giving two sets of prizes for a total of 400 rewards.

#notsmbunny

Sooooooo results are in and some of you are not interested AT ALL but our #smbunny contest. I hear you.

That sucks…BUT there’s hope for all of you that will be spending time with family, friends, lovers, mistresses…and whatever the case may be. I’ve decided, and by I’ve decided it means I’ve decided so don’t go sending an email to support asking them what the fuck is going on, as I write this they have absolutely NO CLUE so bare with me for a second. I’ve decided to do my own little contest. Oh of course it’s nowhere close to what #smbunny will do for you, but it’s still a little something. This is totally improvised so let’s make it fun. What I want YOU to do is to be creative. So here’s MY rules…and again bare with me I’m make it them as I write too.

Pick a social media of your choice. But let’s get the weird ones out of the way so it has to be either Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat..or even Youtube!
You get the point, you have to deal with each network restrictions, if you choose youtube you obviously can be creative for an hour, Snapchat 8 seconds etc…
Do WHATEVER you want BUT stay PG so I can share that everywhere without being concerned with nudity or anything inappropriate. AND of course something related to Easter…somehow. It’s better if everybody has the same restriction and the same theme.
Submit as many as you want. If you have time to kill, make 10 pictures on instagram, 20 videos on youtube, 10 blog post no Facebook…anything you want.
Tag ME of course on the social network you use that will make it easier for me, myself and I to track down everything.
Use the hashtag #NotSMBunny, that’s what i will consider as participating in that “contest”…of course a follow or a like will be much much appreciated:)
Now how do I decide who win? That’s where it’s subjective as fuck! I get to decide who’s creative or not. BUT here’s how you can impress me and make me rule for you. The more people you get to like or retweet or whatever your creation or creationS, the better chance you will get to convince me that you’re the best. If you get these same people to follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Like me on Facebook etc….the better. Yes I’m a social whore and I totally do that to get some attention.
I will be more than one winner that will get an extra $100…yes sorry I don’t have the big guy budget so be nice;) How many I’m not sure it will depend on how many participate but at least the top 3 will get something.
The best part, you have till Monday. When I wake up Monday morning I will go through all your submissions and as fast as I can I will decide. I might get help from some of my folks here. I will definitely repost all the submissions as much as I can or all my favorites…we’ll see. Again this is IMPROVISED.
Last but not least, you can only participate if you are not participating in the offical #smbunny contest of course. If you work any of those 2 days, let the people that don’t get that chance only. Please if you feel creative go ahead and still participate but be honest:)

I’m sure you’ll have a gazillion questions. I will try to answer them all as much as I can. Let’s have some fun please:)

Streamate Bunny Bonus Days Event

It’s springtime and lots of animals are multiplying, so we decided to multiply your earnings too! Bunny Bonus Days will be a special double event on March 27th and 28th. Two hundred rewards will be given to performers on both days of the event. That means you’ll have two chances to receive a reward!

The event will run for two days on March 27th and 28th (GMT). It will begin at 12:01AM GMT on Mar 27th and end at 11:59PM GMT on Mar 28th. Remember to check when March 27th GMT will begin in your time zone. All performers are eligible for rewards during Bunny Bonus Days.

At the end of each day (GMT), all eligible money billed on your account will be added together, and the top 200 performers will receive a prize. This will happen once on each day, which means we’ll be giving out 400 rewards. You can earn rewards on both days!

Holiday Kickoff Contest

As many of you know, the Halloween costume contest was a huge success and we saw a lot of participation! We’re already planning our next few on-site events, starting with a contest to kick off the holidays! One hundred performers will be awarded for participating.

The contest will run during November 28th (GMT). It will begin at 12:01AM GMT and end at 11:59PM GMT. Remember to check when Nov 28th GMT will begin in your time zone!

To be eligible for a prize, you will need to:

Update your biopic with a festive image for the holidays. Take pictures and upload your new biopics soon to make sure they’re approved before the contest begins.
Decorate your streaming area to celebrate the holidays in your own way! Your area should stay decorated during the entire contest on Nov 28th (GMT).

Members will be encouraged to vote for their favorite decorations. Members will vote with their Gold; 1 Gold = 1 vote! Gold counts as a vote when given during free chat or during shows. Gold Show pledges (to gain access to a Gold Show) do not count as votes, even if the amount is above your minimum buy-in. But once member are in the Gold Show, any new Gold given counts as a vote! You will be able to see the difference in your earnings. Earnings that say “Gold” count! Earnings that say “Gold Show” do not count.

The 100 participants who get the highest amount of successfully billed Gold votes that day will receive a prize:

1st place: $1000
2nd place: $800
3rd place: $600
4th place: $400
5th place: $200
6-20th place: $100
21-100th place: $50

This won’t be our only holiday event this year, so stay tuned for more announcements!

Streamate Halloween Contest 2015

Happy October to all Streamate models!

Are you excited about Halloween? We are! This year Streamate is holding a Halloween costume contest, and we’re going all out! One hundred performers will be awarded for having fun and dressing up.

The contest will run during October 31st (GMT). It will begin at 12:01AM GMT and end at 11:59PM GMT. Remember to check when Oct 31st GMT will begin in your time zone! For models in the Americas, this will be sometime in the evening of the 30th. In Europe and Asia, the contest will start sometime in the morning of the 31st.

To be eligible for a prize, you will need to:

Update your biopic with a spooky or festive image. Take a pic and upload it soon to make sure it’s approved before the contest begins.
Be in costume while streaming on Oct 31st (GMT). Stay in one costume all day, or change costumes as often as you like!

Members will vote with their Gold; 1 Gold = 1 vote!

When a member gives you gold in free chat or during a private show, it counts as a vote! For this contest, Gold Show pledges and Gold given during Gold Shows DO NOT count as votes. You will be able to see the difference in your earning reports. Earnings that say “Gold” count!” Earnings that say “Gold Show” do not count. See this image for an example.

Important Reminder about Costumes

Halloween can be a great time to appeal to viewers’ fantasies, but don’t forget about the Streamate Code of Conduct. Feel free to dress as a vampire, zombie, or schoolgirl, but remember that blood play, necrophilia, and age play are not allowed. If members ask for any fantasies that violate the Code of Conduct, you should decline and remind them that it’s just a Halloween costume! Performers found violating any part of the Code of Conduct will be disqualified from the contest. Let us know if you need clarifications for specific costumes or topics.The winners will be notified during the first week of November. Good luck to everyone who participates!
